Explore LGBT+ issues with us
Our ‘Explore’ training serves to work as an introduction to LGBT+ inclusive education. Exploring use of language, barriers and approaches to lessons, this package aims to get the cogs turning and change the way you view LGBT+ inclusive education
This training is available in two forms:
A basic half day introduction, covering the issues faced by LGBT young people in education;
Alternatively, a full day detailed awareness session that begins to look at how you can make your school more inclusive through your day to day practice.

Engage with us to address LGBT+ issues
With the ‘Engage’ package, we build on the ‘Explore’ training and personalise it for your setting. Looking at specific areas of work and development, this will give you the tools you need to ensure your school is in line with current OfSTED and DfE guidance.
This package includes:
- An audit of your schools policies and practices and an examination of your curriculum with your department heads to see what can be made more inclusive, followed by a full days training to set you on your way.
Primary - 1 day audit, 1 day training: £500
Secondary - 2 day audit, 1 day training, youth involvement: £800
Be Empowered with best practice
Our ‘Empower’ package is our best practice programme. Including an award, youth participation, and further support, you will be able to stand tall, showing you can lead the way.
Our Empower package is our best practice programme. As well as what you get in the Engage option, you get 4 follow up support visits over the next year to help you make any changes to your school. At the end, you will recieve an Out Youth best practice award.
